Working alongside forward-thinking businesses, their proactive approach provides social mobility for young people, allowing them to learn about emerging skills gaps. This in turn helps to deliver a diverse and skilled workforce.
Starting in primary schools, EBP South offer a pipeline of opportunities to engage with tomorrow’s employees, and in changing times, their partnership work as a single point of contact for businesses and schools has never been more important.
As a result of EBP South’s leadership, young people will connect to businesses, benefiting from ambitious, life-changing interactions that positively impact their attainment and attendance.
