Well following on from our successful lunchtime HR Forum recently, we are delighted that our good friend Kathryn Evans has agreed to deliver her hugely popular session about neurodiversity for us in March! Everyone who attended the Liberty Recruitment annual conference in November last year will remember Kathryn presenting in her inimitable style (she REALLY should be on the stand-up circuit!) and we can’t wait for a re-run.
This training session provides a clear and accessible introduction to neurodiversity, exploring conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia and OCD, along with related mental‑health considerations. Attendees will gain genuine insight into the strengths neurodivergent people bring to the workplace and how organisations can harness that talent.
The session also covers the key legal issues, including discrimination risks and what “reasonable adjustments” mean in real‑world settings. Packed with practical, easy‑to‑implement ideas, the training offers straightforward ways to build a more inclusive workplace, from recruitment and day‑to‑day management to communication styles, workspace design and supporting colleagues and customers.
As many of you will already know, Kathryn Evans is a highly respected employment law Partner and heads up the Employment and Immigration Team at Trethowans. Recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2025, comments about Kathryn’s team include “unwavering dedication” and “going above and beyond”.
Kathryn is renowned for her ability to cut through complexity and deliver clear, strategic solutions that get clients precisely where they need to be. Experienced across the full spectrum of employment law, Kathryn combines technical excellence with a direct, commercial approach that clients consistently value.
As always, this online forum is FREE to join and will commence at 12.30pm, lasting approximately one hour, including questions. To get your joining instructions, simply call the Liberty Recruitment Group on 023 9387 6666 or email hello@libertyrecruitment.group and we’ll do the rest!
And we very much look forward to seeing you on 10th March 💛
