Our first Inspiring HR Leaders event of the New Year at Liberty HR is entitled “How to lead your organisation so that it becomes a ‘Super-Tribe’” – Simon Rhodes’ philosophy is to build “Super-Tribes” through improving strategic alignment, leadership effectiveness, communications, inter-personal relationships and operating systems. Working with business, sport and education, Simon helps to remove the misalignment, dis-engagement and disharmony that can impede an organisation’s performance. By analysing the twenty elements of tribes, Simon uses modern and historical examples to illustrate the principles. He then offers practical ideas and hands-on help to make organisations more aligned, inclusive and high-performing so that they can become Super-Tribes.
