As you will know by now, the LIBERTY HR LEADERS’ CONFERENCE is coming!

It will be held on Tuesday 1st November 2022 and will be hosted in partnership with our great friends at the Ordnance Survey in their lovely HQ near Southampton. More details will follow in due course as we are just putting the final touches to our packed programme for the day, but we are getting VERY excited to share some details with you…with MORE to follow soon!

We are thrilled to announce the first THREE speakers at the conference will be;-

Hazel Hendley – Director of People at Ordnance Survey

Hazel is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with over 20 years’ experience of leading and delivering people initiatives and business change. Hazel has been described as a values-driven, courageous and compassionate individual.

Her session, supported by the People Team, is entitled “Known, but misunderstood” and is a fantastic opportunity for us all to find out more about OS and how they are driving a purposeful culture, helping their customers to see how to get to a better place; and be recognised as world leaders in geospatial services, creating location insight for positive impact.

At the heart of the Ordnance Survey business strategy is it’s people, with a people strategy that enables the organisation’s capability and capacity, along with a culture that is led by its values and behaviours. Focused on creating an amazing place to work, combined with a desire to drive a sustainability agenda; the Ordnance Survey people strategy has a true ‘people and planet’ mindset.

Rob Neil OBE – Director at Krystal Alliance.

Rob has been a Trustee with RELATE for eleven years and was awarded an OBE by the Queen in 2018 for ‘Services to Race Equality in the workplace and the community’. Rob was also the inaugural winner of Investing in Ethnicity’s Workplace Hero Award in Nov 2018.
