Our annual Liberty HR Leaders Conference – this year entitled “Navigating Challenging Times” – will be taking place on Thursday 5th October and will be held at The Village Hotel, Cosham, PO6 3FR.

It will start at 9am and conclude at 4pm, with a buffet lunch and breaks in the morning (pastries and refreshments) and afternoon (cookies and refreshments). And as with previous Liberty HR Conferences, the event will focus on what is current in the world of HR!

Perry Timms will deliver a keynote speech entitled: HR 3.0 – A new form of keynote for a new dawning in HR

Last year we heard from Perry Timms about the State of Flourishing. During the year, he’s been describing a new model he’s designed for HR to deliver that flourishing state. Perry has serialised this model through linked features in HR Magazine. And now, it’s the keynote – with a twist. We’ll be immersed in a use case (story) to bring this model to life. Using a realistic but fictitious environment, Perry will take us through as if WE were the team assembled to operate this new model.

We will explore everything about People & Systems: Experience, Operations, Products, Practice Leads, Science, Intelligence, Design, Meaning Making and Relationships. Exploring the transition from the roles we have now, to the evolution of the People Profession. You’ll leave the session with sparked thoughts on how you could evolve your operating model and create the future in your organisation.

Please join us and Perry (now inducted into the HR Most Influential Hall of Fame) in October for a glimpse into a whole new world. NB – you can read more about Perry by visiting the PTHR website (www.pthr.co.uk)
