Well as announced at our HR Leaders’ Conference recently, we are thrilled to announce that on Wednesday 13th December we will be hosting another of our regular HR Leaders’ Forums.
Our very special guest speakers for this forum will be our good friends Alex Foster and Anne-Marie Asgari from Toucan Diversity Training CIC (www.toucan-diversity.org.uk) who will present a session based on their online course entitled “Neurodiversity into Work”. The talk will focus on the strengths of, and the challenges faced by, neuro-divergent employees and what reasonable adjustments employers can put in place when employing neuro-divergent people.
Toucan Diversity Training CIC is an award-winning, disabled people-led, social-profit organisation that provides disability training in order to promote social inclusion for disabled people. The trainers all have a lived-experience of disability and they provide a truly unique perspective of how it is to be disabled in the UK today. Their mantra is “Goodbye Awkward, Hello Different” and we describe their CPD-accredited disability training as “unique” because it is all delivered by disabled people.
As usual, the session is FREE and will start at 12.30 pm. It will last just under an hour, including time for questions and discussion.
