The ‘Performance Navigator’ model, with Nicki Crowhurst (HOW2HR)

Hot on the heels of our successful Menopause forum earlier this month, We have news of our next HR Leaders event.

In recent feedback you have asked for some practical sessions on aspects of being an HR Leader and so, on Thursday 21^st March, our good friend Nicki Crowhurst (HOW2HR) will be providing us with a FREE taster session about the ‘Performance Navigator’ model.

When we think about how we respond when our staff under-perform, Nicki asks these important questions of us;

• Do we simply blame our staff without asking if we might be responsible for driving these behaviours?
• As line managers, are we diagnosing poor performance correctly?
• And as HR professionals, are we always giving the right advice to our colleagues?

In this taster session from the HOW2HR Liberating Leadership Programme, Nicki will look at the ‘Performance Navigator’ model and identify the difference between ‘can do’ and ‘won’t do’ attitudes to work. The model is frequently used to assist managers in getting to the root cause of the issue of poor performance and provide useful solutions.
