We are SO thrilled to announce that our June HR Leaders’ Forum will see a return to the ‘in-person’ forums we used to host prior to the pandemic – and you can only imagine how happy this makes us!
To add to this excitement, we can reveal that our guest speaker will be our very good friend, Nicki Crowhurst from HOW2HR Ltd who will lead a session entitled “There is always a reason for someone’s behaviour”
Nicki asks,
Do you ever pose these questions to yourself;
- Why are people behaving in the way they are?
- Do other companies have the same people issues as we do?
- How do we tackle this?
Well, ‘yes’ is the answer of course! Other companies have exactly the same problems and this forum with Nicki will help us all begin to understand and start to tackle these common leadership and management challenges.
In her session, Nicki will share with us some of her expertise in understanding emotional intelligence and personality profiling; as well as outlining her work in the areas of positive regard, ‘genuineness’ and the ‘OK Corral Model’.
Here at Liberty HR we have first-hand experience of Nicki’s two-day Liberating Leadership course and found it fantastic. She is sharing a little bit of her course with us in the forum, with an update too, as a taster for us all!
