The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with one of our clients in recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to work within their evolving team. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Northampton.
Reporting to a knowledgeable and personable Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the company and supporting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Some of your duties will include:
- Bank and statement reconciliations
- Producing ad-hoc reports for SLT
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with system implementation and controls
- Supporting with the Audit process
- Preparing and maintaining financial spreadsheets
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar position and ideally be PQ ACA/ACCA/CIMA. It would be advantageous if you have experience using SAGE.
As an individual you will be professional, positive, have high attention to detail and accurate, along with being a strong team-player.
In return, our client is offering a salary of between £30-35k DOE, plus some generous benefits, including private healthcare and 31 days holiday.
