The Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working with our client in the search for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at their HQ, in Portsmouth. This role is full time, Monday – Friday, and is permanent.

The salary is up to £23,500, depending on experience, plus some fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday + BH, private healthcare and enhanced maternity pay, will free parking onsite.

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an Ambassador for the company,
  • Contacting customers to arrange appointments,
  • Query resolution,
  • Updating company database,
  • General administration.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you enjoy working in a customer-focused role and are comfortable working on the telephone.

As an individual you will have;

  • Excellent communication skills via telephone and written,
  • Strong attention to detail and administration abilities,
  • Good IT skills, including; Microsoft Office with excellent email capabilities.
