The Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with a charitable organisation who are looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join the team. This is a full-time, 12-month FTC, working 37.5 hours per week.

Some of your duties will include:
- Overseeing team operations, training, and HR processes, as well as fostering a positive team culture and supporting staff development.
- Monitoring and enhancing service standards, collaborating with external agencies and clients.
- Prioritising client welfare, ensuring compliance with policies and codes of conduct, and promoting diversity and inclusivity in service provision.
- Administrative duties, including record-keeping, legal compliance, staying updated on relevant legislation and maintaining accurate statistics.
- Participating in fundraising for the organisation and attending management meetings.
As an individual you will have:
- Experience of dealing with vulnerable individuals.
- Have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Previously worked or volunteered in a support type role, ideally in a charity or non-profit.
- Experience working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments and be confident in managing staff.
