The Liberty Recruitment Group are proud to be partnered with this innovative and forward-thinking business in recruiting a Head Of SEO to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role, based on the outskirts of Portsmouth.
Reporting into the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15 employees, whilst developing and implementing the SEO strategy:
- Driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings
- Managing, training, and growing a team of hardworking SEO professionals
- Analysing and reporting on industry benchmarks
- Working with a diverse range of clients to improve organic search rankings
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO strategies
- Keep abreast of an ever-evolving market, industry trends and algorithms
The ideal candidate will come with previous experience of leading a team with a real people focussed approach and be a knowledgeable SEO professional.
You will ideally hold a degree in Marketing or a similar qualification and be proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
