We are delighted at the Liberty Recruitment Group to be working with our client on an exclusive basis in finding them an HR Advisor to be based in Fareham.
Reporting to a fantastic and supportive HR Manager, you will play an integral part of the team providing a HR generalist service across this multi-site business.
Some of your key duties will include;
- Supporting colleagues to resolve ER issues providing accurate and legally compliant advice
- Facilitating the on-boarding and induction process for new starters
- Overseeing the recruitment process for the business
- Designing and developing training programmes
- Producing reports on HR statistics, identifying trends and making recommendations
As an individual you will come with a strong HR generalist background, solid knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, good interpersonal skills and you will be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum and for this role you must have a valid driving licence as there will be travel to other sites.
This role is paying between £32-35k, depending on experience, plus some fantastic benefits!
