The Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client based in Southampton to recruit a full-time, permanent, HR Assistant.

The main purpose of this role is to provide professional and proactive administrative support to the business and play an active part of delivering the People Agenda.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • To manage the HR Helpdesk to ensure that requests are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Carrying out data cleansing and annual driving licence audits.
  • Data reporting.
  • Provide support, advice, and assistance on matters of pay or employee benefits
  • Promoting and maintaining positive people relations across the business.

Reporting to a lovely HR Director you will be bringing your administrative expertise in to a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service!

You will be proficient in Excel including creating and formatting spreadsheets.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be used to working in a busy and fast paced environment.

You will have fantastic attention to detail and be a self-starter who is able to meet agreed deadlines.

In return our client is offering a salary of up to £25k dependent upon experience, hybrid working (up to two days working from home), plus some fantastic benefits!
