The Here at Liberty Recruitment Group, we are delighted to be working exclusively with our client in their search for an HR Business Partner to join their HR team based in Exeter.
This role will be predominantly based in Exeter with occasional travel into London. This role reports to the Group Head of HR and works closely alongside the wider HR Team.
This role is a real generalist HR opportunity, that covers the full employee lifecycle.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from responding to complex HR queries, ER matters, TUPE, consultations, reviewing processes, policy reviews, generating reports and making recommendations.
As a person you will have excellent organisational and IT skills, be a team-player, be proactive, confident and logical in approach. You will also have the ability to build great stakeholder relationships as you really will be an ambassador of HR.
This is a full-time, permanent role and our client is offering a salary up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus some great benefits, including;
