As a generalist HR professional, you will have extensive experience of advising on and managing varied and complex disciplinary & grievance matters and reorganisations on a regular basis.
This is a varied role and you will be very au fait in consulting and servicing a number of stakeholders to a high level, coupled with a strong ability to adapt your approach and application of HR advice, across a variety of business industries ranging from small owner managed businesses to large corporates.
No two days will be the same in this role! Some of the responsibilities include providing advice and guidance on a variety of people issues, conducting exit interviews, supporting a manager with restructures, issuing contracts and offer letters through to supporting with a TUPE or employee engagement project. It is essential that you have a generalist background and sound knowledge of ER and UK employment law to be considered for this role. Equally someone who is keen to build their ER/advisory experience will also be of interest.
This role requires an individual to demonstrate a commercialised approach and an ability to work with confidence and efficiency. A meticulous attention to detail is essential.
There is no sales or targets in this role but as an individual you will be a passionate leader and team player who can provide exceptional customer service and who is a subject matter expert. You will be highly personable with the ability to quickly build credible working relationships. Tenacious and confident and have the ability to work on multiple deadlines in a calm manner.
You will be fully CIPD qualified and the salary for this position is between £35k – £50k DOE.
