The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with our client, in the search for a People Coordinator, on a full-time, permanent basis based in Waterlooville.

Reporting to a supportive and knowledgeable People Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the People Advisors ensuring the day to day functioning of the people department.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Advising and supporting managers with absence management
  • Updating policies and procedures
  • Amending and issuing contracts
  • Note taking at investigation and disciplinary meetings
  • Supporting with onboarding/offboarding
  • Administering the HR inbox

As an individual you will be hardworking, commercially aware, reliable, IT literate, able to work to strict deadlines and be a proactive team-player. Having a CIPD level 3 qualification or above would be great, but not essential.

Our client is offering a salary of £28k, plus some fantastic benefits including; 25 days holiday + BH, volunteer/charity day, free tea and coffee, free parking and luxury office surroundings. This position is predominately office based with 1 day a week working from home following a successful probationary period.
