The Liberty Recruitment Group is thrilled to be partnering with a locally renowned organisation in their search for two HR Coordinators.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for delivering proactive HR support to the wider HR Team.

To be successful in these roles you will have experience and be confident in the following;

  • Coordinating and facilitating new starter inductions
  • Processing onboarding checks for new starters
  • Carrying out ad hoc reporting using the HRIS
  • Responding to general HR queries
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintaining spreadsheets of employee data, ensuring accuracy

As a person you will;

  • Have experience working in an administrative environment
  • Be comfortable at multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Have excellent IT skills and high levels of attention to detail
  • Have experience of providing a high standard of customer service

If you have already attained or are working towards your CIPD level 3 qualification this would be fantastic!

These positions are based in Eastleigh and Southampton and are offered on a full-time, permanent basis. These roles are hybrid, working 2 days a week from home and the opportunity to work flexibly. Maximum salary is £26,000 depending on experience.
