The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in the search for a HR Coordinator to join the team at their Portsmouth HQ on a hybrid basis.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the HR Team across a broad range of HR activity spanning the entire employment life cycle. You will be working with an experience and welcoming team where no two days will be the same!

This role is offered on a Permanent basis and the salary is up to £27,000 PA depending on experience, plus a number of great benefits, including up to 15% pension contribution, life assurance, private medical, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and even more!

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the admin and coordination of disciplinary, grievance, performance and/ attendance management meetings.
  • Managing the payroll process ensuring accurate data is entered into the database.
  • Scheduling and monitoring new starter probation meeting and other related check points.
  • Assisting with projects and reporting for the HR team.

As an individual you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous HR and legislation exposure.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment.
  • Confident user of Excel, Word and Outlook.
