The Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to recruit an HR People Partner. This newly created full-time role is based on the outskirts of Portsmouth and is permanent.
Alongside the Head of People, you will be responsible for two HR Assistants and support and coach Managers of the business. You will be expected to provide advice on the full employee lifecycle, including; ER, employment law, recruitment, well-being initiatives, on-boarding performance management, organisational change, TUPE, etc.
This is a very varied and pure generalist HR role which will enable you to have full exposure to an HR function! A Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential for this position, as is a full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
As a person you will have excellent communication and reporting skills, be reliable, keen and have a great attention to detail. The ability to prioritise is a must as is a positive mindset! This is a very busy role and you will therefore have experience of working at pace.
The salary for this role will be between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experience. The hours are 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday.
