The Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working with a large business in the search for an HR & Recruitment Team Leader to join their busy and large team, based in Chichester.

Reporting to a great HR Manager you will be responsible for managing the HR Services Team to provide outstanding HR and recruitment support to the business.

You will need the following skills and experience to undertake this role;

  • Management experience and be very au fait with providing HR support to stakeholders in the business, including coaching managers.
  • ER Casework experience, plus all of the standard HR disciplines, including HR project work.
  • Recent and relevant recruitment experience for a large business. Working and developing relationships with internal recruitment customers and external providers.
  • Working and collaborating with a team to analyse vacancies and devise recruitment campaigns/strategies.
  • Undertaking salary assessments and benchmarking to ensure the business is competitive.
  • Competent user or HR Systems with the ability of reporting and providing metrics.

As an individual, you will be proactive, flexible, confidential and have a real customer centric approach. You will be an excellent communicator.

You will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum and be up to date with employment legislation. You will have a full driving licence and access to a car as you will need to travel to this multi-site business.

This is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £32,000 FTE with some great benefits!
