The Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with our client based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, in the search for an IT Support Team Leader. This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with the option of hybrid working.
The main purpose of this role is to provide 2nd line support for B2B Customers and mentor/train 2 advisors.
Some of your duties will include:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Escalating complex queries to 3rd line support if needed
- Working cross-functionally across the business to provide a 1st class customer service
- Managing ticket performance
- Guide and support the 2 Advisors, upskilling them where possible
As an individual, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar role within the IT industry, strong communication skills, and collaborative with a keen eye for detail.
You will come with a positive attitude and have plenty of organisation skills.
You will have excellent time management skills and be able to seamlessly multi-task.
In return, you will be offered a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, as well as 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, quarterly social allowance, staff discount, health plan scheme and holiday purchase.
