The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in the search for a Learning and Development Manager to join the team at their Portsmouth HQ on a hybrid basis.

This role will provide the business with all its people development needs from induction, compliance and on boarding to career progression.   Everything from delivering training to helping develop the next wave of senior leaders.

This role is offered on a fixed term contract of 12 months and the salary is up to £50,000 PA depending on experience, plus a number of great benefits, including up to 15% pension contribution, life assurance, private medical, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and even more!

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of new core systems to all staff.
  • Developing and the existing corporate induction programme.
  • Creating and delivering learning solutions to support the business.
  • Supporting the performance management process and identifying training needs
  • Being the subject matter expert and the company “go to” for all things L&D
