The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a longstanding client in looking for a permanent People Advisor based in Southampton. This business has a very supportive and collaborative HR Team that you would be joining.
Working closely with the Business Partners you will play a key role in implementing and communicating a wide range of people initiatives.
You will be used to delivering a high level of customer service, have generalist people experience and have the confidence and creativity to lead on internal communications for the team.
You will be an excellent communicator and use initiative whilst fostering good relations. You would have preferably worked in a matrix environment and be comfortable working with numerous stakeholders.
This role will really provide the opportunity for the person to make positive changes and influence in the business!
In return our client is offering a hybrid working arrangement (2 days working from home), a salary of up to £31,400 DOE, with benefits including; generous holiday entitlement – 26 days plus Christmas closure, company pension, plus lots more!
