The Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client to recruit a People Advisor on a permanent basis. This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, just north of Petersfield with one day a week working from home once embedded into the business.

Some of your duties for this will include:
- Being first point of contact for the people team
- Providing support for managers on complex ER matters up to dismissal
- Assisting with training sessions
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
- Data analysis and reporting on key people metrics
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Assisting with Recruitment and Onboarding activities
You will ideally come with experience of working in a similar position and be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified. And of course, you will have excellent administration and fantastic organisational skills, be IT literate and be able to work well under pressure!
