Some key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and developing a Risk Management Strategy which includes Risk Appetite,
- Working with the wider group on Risk Framework and overall risk management applications,
- Reporting to the CEO/CRO on any changes to risk profiles,
- Develop and manage the internal compliance monitoring program across the business, including producing reports articulating compliance related risks.
As an individual you will have;
- A background in Credit Risk Management in financial services, ideally within leasing or similar industries
- Knowledge of FCA and GDPR,
- The ability to influence and provide compliance input to the wider organization,
