The Liberty Recruitment Group is proud to be working with a fantastic family-founded business who are experiencing a very exciting growth period.

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of their client portfolio and drive commercial growth. This is a key role in shaping client relationships and supporting ongoing product development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day client activity and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality products and service
  • Oversee client legal documentation and negotiate SLAs where required
  • Resolve production issues, balancing commercial needs with client expectations
  • Identify business improvement opportunities and support implementation of new processes
  • Respond to new enquiries and manage product development for both new and existing clients
  • Prepare accurate quotations and critical paths aligned to client briefs
  • Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase account value
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Arrange and attend meetings with clients both on-site and off-site
  • Manage re-orders and review costings to ensure commercial integrity
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of managing new and existing client projects, including product development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Confidence, credibility and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Strong time management, organisation and deadline discipline
  • Skilled verbal communicator with strong listening and advisory capability
  • High competency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in making critical decisions when necessary
