The Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This permanent role reports directly to the Talent Manager and the salary will be up to £40,000.

The full-time position is offered on a hybrid basis with the offices based in Alton.

The main purpose of the role is to support the Talent Manager in optimising the attraction and recruitment of talent to support the company growth plans.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing MI reports on recruitment related activities whilst making recommendations
  • Deputising in the absence of the Talent Manager
  • Suggesting innovative and creative advertising campaign ideas
  • Keeping up to date on trends, regarding resourcing methods
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders and working closely with the Talent Manager to foresee future recruitment needs

Recruitment experience is imperative, agency or in-house, along with the ability to recommend and implement relevant recruitment strategies. You will have strong knowledge of recruiting via social media.

As a person you will be confident, details orientated, data driven, have excellent stakeholder and communication skills, be a great team player and be IT savvy!
