New Year Greetings From The Liberty Recruitment Group

Well that festive holiday passed by pretty quickly didn’t it? All the anticipation… All the planning and preparation… And all the expenditure… And then here we are, back in the office telling tales of our festive exploits; family quarrels; returned gifts and hangovers. Well that festive holiday passed by pretty quickly didn’t it?
All the anticipation…
All the planning and preparation…
And all the expenditure…
And then here we are, back in the office telling tales of our festive exploits; family quarrels; returned gifts and hangovers.
We’re already a day-and-a-half into 2024 and many of us still can’t remember what we do as a job let alone our computer passwords…it must be the busiest day of the year for IT Helpdesks everywhere.
And as for New Year resolutions?
Well, it’s the start of a new year and the possibilities are endless…just like EVERY other day of the year in fact!
Yet everywhere we look, everything we read and everybody we listen to today will be mentioning what we SHOULD or what we COULD do to make 2024 better than 2023.
And still just like we will this time NEXT year, we’ll recall natural disasters, war and political intrigue. We will inevitably lose people we love and admire and we will witness the end of relationships and the start of new ones. We might have exercised more and eaten less, yet the majority of us will weigh roughly the same at this time next year – give or take – as we do today.
So here at the Liberty Recruitment Group, may we be so bold as to offer OUR simple ten steps for a better 2024…
Be kind to yourself.
Be kinder to others.
Breathe.
Suffer fools more gladly.
Take time for you,
Make time for others.
Look forward.
Be grateful for what you have.
Listen.
And finally, do less social media and more socialising.
Happy New Year from everyone here at the Liberty Recruitment Group x
